CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
When we accept an order for embroidered products, the production costs of the sample are at our expenses but on the other hand the production costs of the electronic floppy disk of embroidery are extra. To produce a sample, you will have to provide us with a logo on floppy disk or CD or with a very high quality color output. We will then give you an estimate and on its acceptance, we will proceed with the production of your sample. This sample personalized to the colors of your company must be approved in writing before we go into production. Afterward, we will carefully control the quality of your products. No returns will be accepted on customized items unless there is a production defect.

DELIVERY POLICIES
The shipping charges are extra. You only have to specify your carrier or, if you don't have one privileged carrier, we benefit from advantageous rates with Canada Post. Any returns (very rare with us!) are made at the expense of the retailer and have to be authorized first.
